I fell in love with fitness after college sports ended and the typical gym routine started draining me. The “globogym” scene just didn’t spark anything. I’d watch the clock tick down, counting minutes until I could say I’d “done my time” and move on with my day. Then, in February 2012, a friend invited me to a CrossFit class. But don’t worry…this isn’t a story about CrossFit.

CrossFit was simply the gateway. It cracked something open in me. Yes, I learned about energy systems, lifting, and training—but more importantly, I began to untangle years of striving to be “skinny.” I discovered that a barbell could quiet the noise in my mind. That physical strength could mirror, and build, mental strength. That fitness wasn’t punishment; it was freedom. That’s when I truly fell in love with movement.

I became a certified coach through OPEX and worked with clients pursuing all kinds of goals, athletic performance, recovery, aesthetics, or simply moving better in daily life. But I found my passion in working with pregnant and postpartum women. I earned my Pre + Postnatal Strength & Conditioning Certification through GGS while training through my first pregnancy. Now, as a mom of one and stepmom of two, I’m still in the thick of it…healing, rebuilding, and rediscovering strength in this wild season of motherhood.

My Approach

I’m passionate about one simple truth: there is no one-size-fits-all. ESPECIALLY during pregnancy. Even the same woman can have two completely different experiences from one pregnancy to the next. As your fatigue ebbs and flows, hormones shift, and your body continually adapts to support your growing baby, your training should adapt too. My goal is to meet you where you are and adjust your program to support your unique needs, every step of the way.
